There works an inbuilt process of healing and recovery working with the amazing natural energy called Reiki. We all are born with this vital energy but unaware of it. Reiki as an amazing healing system lets us use this infinite healing resource that is lying dormant within us since time immemorial. What one needs is just a keen desire to recover yourself making physically well, emotionally sound and taking your spirit towards enlightened liberation. Reiki activates, amplifies , and accelerates our body’s innate healing abilities on every level that helps us healing ourselves and others. It works on the deeper level of purification leading the person to the positive side of life. Reiki, the universal energy is a boon to mankind, a pathway to good health, joy, peace, happiness and harmony within and around. It accelerates the body's natural ability to heal physical symptoms, promotes emotional and psychological well being and creates peace of mind.

We are going to conduct a Reiki workshop for levels 1 and 2 that provides Reiki techniques and Attunements. The workshop contains traditional as well as additional Indian and western techniques & informations. It has been designed to help the person to channelize higher level of Reiki energy.

Reiki – Healing Hands

It looks like a miracle, when we talk about Reiki. Perfectly fit in every lifestyle, Reiki is not only a healing therapy, but a miraculous system that heals all sentient beings. Not only useful for human beings, it works amazingly on animals, plants and places as well. It heals on physical, mental-emotional level and leads oneself towards his true nature. It goes beyond words, ideas and concepts.
Reiki or the Universal Life Force is available to all by nature, but during time, setbacks in life, mental stress and negative experiences obstruct the flow of Reiki. In this way, a natural healing system is disturbed. Transmission of Reiki energy through the palms of Reiki healer breaks negative thought patterns and helps in reflecting our greatest potential. Therefore Reiki healing supports not only ill beings but healthy persons also as it unlocks our potential.
Reiki is essential in today’s society which is full of stress and depression and aggression. For Ms. Isha Singh from Rohini, New Delhi, a graduation student in Music at Delhi University; Reiki changed her personality to a very big extent. Hesitant to meet people, she always felt herself inferior to others. She was filled with anxiety, depression and negative attitude. After Reiki experience, she felt herself changed a lot. Now she thinks herself no lesser than anybody. Depression and negative thought are like past memories.

Simplest to define, Reiki is a Japanese word that means ‘Universal life force’. Whatever we see, survives only through this vital force i.e. Reiki. We may equate it with the Sanskrit term ‘PRAN’. The system of healing through Reiki originated in Tibet thousands of years ago but afterwards lost with time. Monks use this life force in body healing and self transformation leading to self-enlightenment. In 1822, Reiki was rediscovered by a Japanese scholar Dr. Mikao Usui.
No faith or belief is necessary to follow this system. Only thing required is its acceptance. Smita Asif, a post graduate from Paschim Vihar, New Delhi used it successfully for chest pain, headache, and stomachache. She finds it successful for concentration while studying. Reiki works remarkably well on cases of mental imbalances. It is possible because Reiki differs from other healing systems in many ways.
Other healing systems are concerned only with the physical body. Therefore, mechanical and chemical aspects of body are important to them; while Reiki believes that every illness arises from the subtle level of our mind and related with our karmic line. In turn, the imprints upon mind manifests upon our physical body in terms of illness. Reiki helps to remove these imprints upon mind. Most of skin Problems arise only due to this reason.
Ms. Priyanka from Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi, a young girl working with Aviation industry remembers, “I would like tell how Reiki has changed my life. Reiki removes the energy blockages in the human aura (projected part of energy body that goes beyond physical body). The universal life force transmitted through the palms of Reiki healer reaches to the client after passing through client’s aura. It works on the endocrine system and heals the body. Seven Chakras, the energy centers of our energy (pranic) body receive Pran or Reiki from the five elements of the universe and distribute it to the whole body. Reiki helps in maintaining a balance among them and activate the chakras. This way, it helps in maintaining a balance in cases of inter-relation problems, mental disorders, addictions and behavioral problems.
A miracle with Reiki is that it has no barrier of time and space. For this very reason, there is a system of distance healing in this therapy. In such case, the client may be far away from the healer anywhere on the globe. To Ashish Banerjee, a computer professional in Delhi, ‘It is amazing to hear when I listen that someone my relative in Calcutta is getting healed when I send Reiki energy from Delhi.’ He uses Reiki for himself and his family in cases of migraine, fever, acidity etc. He used it in case of osteoporosis and found the client feeling mentally and physically better. In his opinion, every person must learn Reiki to feel different, open and at peace. During his office hours, he feels that he can manage better with help of Reiki. To his own experience, for better meditation, it is wise to start with Reiki.
To Mrs. Sumathy Venugopal from Chennai, ‘Reiki is very useful in spiritual development. Being positive is the first step for anyone seeking spiritual attainments & Reiki helps in this a lot. During meditation, when huge amount of energy is created inside, it becomes difficult for me to withstand those energies. I start Reiki healing before going to meditate and it always balanced the energies and helped me to stay calm in that situation.
‘It also improve my intuitive power. I usually get correct answers flashed in my mind during various situations. It helps me to stay physically healthy and mentally calm.’

दर्द हाँ दर्द -
दूर एक कोने में
मुस्कराता है, कहकहाता है।

एक जहाँ और भी है
जिसके दर पे अक्सर
दर्द रोता है अपने बेवजह होने पर।
वक्त के पार जहाँ
आसमानों से जहाँ
चांदनी बरसा करती
ख्वाब ही ख्वाब नहीं, जिंदगी भी ख्वाब जहाँ
सिर्फ इंसां नहीं–
दरख्तों से भी बातें होतीं
दीखता तैरता दरिया में वो, पा जिसकी झलक
खुद ब खुद हरएक खुदी शादमां होती।
कह नहीं पाते अगर कहना जो कुछ चाहें
अनकहे ही जहाँ सब कुछ की खबर होती है
